Baton Rouge rapper Lil Boosie will now be serving an extra year behind bars after violating orders of his plea deal. As reported earlier, Boosie plead guilty to a third-offense marijuana possession charge in September and was only expected to serve a year behind bars. As part of the deal, Boosie was ordered to be electronically monitored and to clear his concert dates with the court while awaiting sentencing this week, but the rapper’s monitor indicated that on more than one occasion, he violated portions of the judge’s order. According to 2theadvocate, Boosie was lectured by Judge Chip Moore and sent straight to jail.

“I really hope that you get it straight, ” said Moore.”You have the ability to change people’s lives for the better, including your own. I’m disappointed because it’s bad decision-making.” Boosie will be on probation for five years after he is released from prison.

Gucci Mane has just been sentence to 12 months in jail by an Atlanta judge for violating his probation back in back in July. We told you first that Gucci got locked up for failing a mandatory urine test. Then in August we found out that he was in rehab.

Gucci Mane’s camp thought it would be a good look to have him go to rehab because it would show the judge and his P.O. that he was trying to make a change. Even though the rehab program bought him some time to finish recording his album The State vs. Radrick Davis, that is dropping on Nov. 8th, the judge wasn’t trying to hear it and sentence him to a year in jail. Unlike T.I., Gucci gets no time to make sure things are straight and in order, after he was sentenced, they slapped the handcuffs on him and he is now serving his time.

Usher Finally signed them {Papers}

Not for nothing, but I LOVE his song papers, but now that they are signed what's next? I know one thing I will be getting his CD. I heard a couple of songs off the cd already so I know Usher is BACK! Anywho I digress R&B singer Usher's divorce from his wife is final, according to court documents. Fulton County Superior Court Judge Bensonetta Tipton Lane issued a final decree in the divorce case Wednesday.

Usher, 31, whose real name is Usher Raymond IV, filed for divorce from Tameka Raymond on June 12. He said the couple had been separated since July 2008 and claimed there was "no reasonable hope of reconciliation" and the marriage was "irretrievably broken."

Tameka Raymond disputed Usher's claim that the couple had been separated since July 2008. She said in court documents filed June 29 that she "had every reason to believe her marriage was intact" and that the two were "intimately together as husband and wife as recently as June 6."

Usher's lawyer, Ivory Brown, said Friday she couldn't comment on the case. BJ Bernstein, a lawyer for Tameka Raymond, did not immediately return a phone call seeking comment.

The couple have two young sons, Usher Raymond V, who will turn 2 on Nov. 26, and Naviyd Ely Raymond, who will be 1 on Dec. 11. When he filed for divorce, Usher was seeking joint custody of the boys. No custody arrangement was detailed in the divorce decree.

The couple married in August 2007 in a lavish ceremony. About 200 people attended their wedding at resort built in the style of a 16th-century-style French chateau on 3,500 hilly acres outside Atlanta.

Before the two married, Usher had a string of romances, most notably his three-year relationship with Chilli from the R&B group TLC.

Why would we {settle?}

Sooo my friend Tenille and I were twittering back and forth about different things when she brought to my attention the video above. Her exact words were "Peep this video. The song lyrics are INSANE." We were in a deep vibe session, and just finished talking about the New Maxwell cd {which is Crazy}. Anywho I went to the video and once I saw the whole thing tears just started flowing. It is sooo beautiful. Lately my friend Shaunda and I have been in a deep mental session wondering why we are not married and why we don't even have a possible forever partner. After a deep brainstorming session we have some to the conclusion that most women settle, and that's just something we can not and will not do. I mean why would I? I do understand that I have to keep my options open, and stop looking because what God has for me NO ONE can take, but settling isn't the way for me to recognize his blessings. I was so in Love with a guy and had been in and out of relationships with him since I was 15 years old. Only to just really see that it was never meant to be. Women tend to try and cling to something that's not for them. We try to make things work that are destined to fall apart, because we think with our heart. A very unique quality that makes us who we are and makes us women. Yet it's a quality that gets us hurt a lot also. So what do we do and where do we go after a major heart break? What we should do is look at this video and look around at the true Love that surrounds us, the marriages that last 30 plus years, and be inspired! Knowing our blessing is coming, but we cannot settle under any means necessary. We have to be able to recognize our blessings when it is in front of us. Being appreciative of the loves that didn't make it, knowing that when we get what God has for us it will be greater than we ever expected. Knowing it's on his time not ours we must be patient! We will be that much more grateful for our blessings knowing that it was a long journey, but the love we have at that moment which turns into a lifetime was well worth the wait!

Lil Kim and Faith had a face-to-face encounter towards the close of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ coveted White Party in California, sources have reported. Faith and Kim, whom both shared a relationship with The Notorious B.I.G., crossed paths at the White Party, which was held in Los Angeles instead of The Hampton’s in New York. Sources said that Lil Kim took issue with her representation in Notorious, the biopic in which Faith was attached to. Faith was in attendance with her husband and Lil Kim was with producer Choke No Joke and to some, this augmented the tension.

“It was really heated,” one source said. “It was about to pop off…there was
crazy screaming.” According to sources, Faith was saying, “I love you” to Lil
Kim and Kim responded with “God bless you.” However, later at the event, Kim

Under anonymity, a source told AllHipHop.com “We know that [Faith saying 'I love
you'] is bulls**t. It wasn’t even about the movie. It hurt Kim that she was

Although I am finally coming to grips with this, it is still hard as I feel like it hit to close to home with my father being in the hospital. Here today gone tomorrow... No public Viewing {at Neverland Ranch}

According to TMZ there will not be a public viewing of the late Michael Jackson and I couldn't agree with the family more. It would probably be one thing if I felt like everyone who would have gone to the memorial service was there to truly honor Michael, but we already know what kind of world we live in. So just as many negative people would have gone just to make fun as many people who really cared. Causing confusion and bad vibes at something that's supposed to honor someone.
