Maques Houston takes Restraining Order out on Raz-B

Marques Houston takes out Restraining order on Raz-B... (PAUSE)
According to RadarOnline.com, Mr. Houston, 29, obtained a restraining order today against Raz-B, real name De’Mario Monte Thornton, age 25.

In the court papers Houston wrote that Raz-B, who is gay, released a video recording on the web that featured Raz-B screaming at Houston.

“He has a deranged demeanor and is not acting like a reasonable person,” Houston wrote in the court documents.

The restraining order was signed off by a judge in a Van Nuys, California. A hearing is set for November 22.

The means Raz-B is ordered to stay away from Houston and he can’t mention his name in print or online.

It’s about time someone took action against Raz-B, whose delusional rantings about rape and molestation have become less credible over the years.

If Raz-B was serious about being victimized he would use the proper channels to seek justice. Instead, he uses blogs and online social networks in a desperate effort to stay relevant.

“After I hung up on DeMario, he continued recording himself and falsely accused me of molesting him.”

D. Wade on Uptown Magazine

Uptown magazine caught up with NBA superstar Dwyane Wade for a revealing look into his private life.

The 28-year-old, who once owned a 9,000-square-foot mansion in a tiny Miami suburb, now lives in a lovely yet modest row house (even though he reportedly earned $15 million last year). Wade explained that as he grows older (and settles down) he’s let go of the flashy, material things that he accumulated in his youth.

On His Relationship With Gabrielle Union:

“I found someone I have a great relationship with and that was the most important thing. You have to like the person you’re around before you can say you love them,” Wade says. “That’s the biggest thing right now; we want to make sure that we stay liking each other.”

On His Chicago Home:

“I don’t need something too big. I’m in Miami most of the time. And I fell in love with [this property] once I was able to put my own personality into the house,” says Wade. “Every time I walk in my door, [I am reminded of] the journey that it took to get here and the hard work that I have to put in to continue to stay here.”


On Deciding to Stay With Miami:

“I grew up a Bulls fan and, you know, the whole story about this being a hometown kid coming back – it would have all been perfect. It would have been a great ending to an already good book, but it didn’t happen,” says Wade on his decision to turn down an offer in Chicago. “Miami has become my home away from home…The [Miami fans] have embraced me since day one. I can’t ask for anything more. I’m happy.”

On the Infidelity Rumors:

“They say I took the high road,” says Wade. “Unfortunately, it took turns but I tried to stay on my path…I think what determines a man is how he acts in the bad times.”
