My president and 1st Lady hosted the White House State Dinner in honor of their special guests Mexican president Felipe Calderon and his wife Maria Zavala. They are here visiting our country to discuss important things like immigration and the drug war. Either way no matter what can I just say that I LoVe LoVe LoVe my president and 1st lady!!! Happy BIrthday Ms. Obama!!!!!

President Obama surprised his wife Michelle, who turns 46 on Sunday, to dinner at Restaurant Nora, a celebrated organic eatery in Washington on Saturday night. They were joined by family and friends.

According to the pool report, the dinner lasted about four hours. Guests included Marian Robinson, the First Lady's mother in a black pant suit, personal aide Reggie Love in a black suit and no tie, Eric Holder, in a black suit, and his wife, Sharon Malone, wearing a black and white print dress with a white shawl.

The Obamas exited the restaurant at 10:10 to applause and spontaneous eruptions of "Happy Birthday." The couple waved before climbing into their car.

Mrs. Michelle Obama give's relationship advice! I LOVE IT!!! Anyone who knows me know's that all I want to do it sit down with the Obama's and get some good ol fashion Love advice. Well this is the next best thing then me stalking them LOL...
Tell me this doesn't touch your soul:

Cute’s good. But cute only lasts for so long, and then it’s, Who are you as a person? That’s the advice I would give to women: Don’t look at the bankbook or the title. Look at the heart. Look at the soul. Look at how the guy treats his mother and what he says about women. How he acts with children he doesn’t know. And, more important, how does he treat you? When you’re dating a man, you should always feel good. You should never feel less than. You should never doubt yourself. You shouldn’t be in a relationship with somebody who doesn’t make you completely happy and make you feel whole. And if you’re in that relationship and you’re dating, then my advice is, don’t get married. Get out of it and find that person that brings you complete and utter joy with who you are at the moment.

The Positive's of growing up in the White House

The White House has bestowed a surprisingly calming influence on the First Family, according to Michelle Obama – who says the residence has been a particularly positive experience for daughters Malia 10, and Sasha, 7.

When it comes to living in the Executive Mansion, the First Lady tells Time magazine for its latest issue, on sale Friday, “It has been the greatest single benefit of this for us as a family. It means that we see each other every day. And that hasn’t happened for most of the kids’ lifetime.”

As the wife of Illinois’s junior senator, Mrs. Obama was once asked if she would consider a move to Washington, D.C. “I was like, no,” she remembers. Now, she’s enjoying having the man of the house at home.

Still, it is the White House. On maintaining their perspective and keeping the family intact, Mrs. Obama says, “We stay 100 percent in their world all the time. And I don’t know if you understand that, but their lives are very disconnected from this [place]. You can do that with kids when they are young, because they just don’t care.”

He also takes work breaks for what he terms “Michelle time,” when retreats from his office to the residence. Every now and then, his wife shows up in the West Wing with family dog Bo or the kids for what the magazine calls “a brief but lively interruption.”

June Ambrose "the Fashionista" was there. I personally don't really care to much for the outfit. It seems like I have seen her in better on a regular day on twitter. I guess that's why I am not the celebrity stylist and she is.

Today is officially President Barak OBama's 100th day and while MSNBC and Republican's want to give him a grade of "F" I beg to differ. Barak hit the ground running and hasn't stopped since. But before anything he is family man and a inspiration to black people all around the nation. President Obama is a strong black man, and a powerful husband and father.
