Oprah's HUGE secret...

Sheesh she never ceases to amaze me!! Oprah is indeed that CHICK... She revealed that she has a sister she had no clue about... The best thing about all this information was that her new sister Patricia knew Oprah was her sister for 7 years!!! She wanted to protect Oprah and her privacy so she kept the secret so it wouldn't be more of a scandal than to be reunited!!! Isn't that BEAUTIFUL??? I freaking love Oprah she ROCKS!!!! =)

Oprah Winfrey dropped a family bombshell -- the talk show diva has a half-sister. The Milwaukee woman's name is Patricia (no last name given), and she was put up for adoption by Winfrey's mother, Vernita Lee, almost 50 years ago. Winfrey told her audience that when Patricia was born in 1963, Winfrey was 8 and living with her father. Patricia said she had tried years ago to learn the identity of the woman who gave her up for adoption and only started to try again a few years ago at the insistence of her two adult children. Patricia finally got a call from the state adoption agency, which reported that her birth mother did not wish to meet her. Coincidentally, on the local news, she saw a story about Winfrey's mother, who described how two of her children had died. Those details matched information Patricia had seen in adoption papers, which indicated she had two sisters and a brother and that only the older sister was alive. Lee also said that one of the dead children was named Patricia. ``The hairs on the back of my neck stood up,'' Patricia said. ``Because I knew one of my siblings and I shared the same name.'' A DNA test confirmed the two are half-sisters.

Mo'nique Mo'nique Mo'nique...

I tried to stay away from this because really how do you start??? I do think this is a touchy topic but hey you asked for it... Apparentely Mon'ique's brother molested her when she was younger then contacted Oprah to put all the business out there!!! I mean really? I do feel like he was doing using the oprah show as a forum to gain some kind of publicity but then i could be wrong who knows? Gerald actually made the first move and called Oprah asking her if he could appear on the show,” a source close to Mo’Nique told RadarOnline. “So, Oprah called Mo’Nique to see if she was okay about him appearing on her show to discuss the abuse and although she was not entirely happy about it she gave Oprah her blessing.”

Imes said he decided to appear on Winfrey’s show to apologize to Mo’Nique and bring their family back together. Imes said he himself was molested and he was using drugs and alcohol at age 11.

“I abused and betrayed the trust of another sibling, my sister, my blood sister, I’m sorry, Mo’Nique. I’m sorry,” Imes said on the program. “Hopefully somewhere, somehow as siblings we can come back together as brother and sister.”

However, instead of helping her relationship with her family, the Oprah interview only made the strain between Mo’Nique and both her brother and her parents, who also appeared on the episode, worse than ever.

“Oprah and Mo’Nique were never the best of friends…” the source added. “She was particularly upset that Gerald lied to Oprah that he molested her while she was sleeping because she was wide awake and scared of him.

“Also, she is angry that he did not get any help or enter a rehab and she does not trust him around children.

“Oprah asked her to appear on her show again for another interview but at this point she has declined the invitation.

“If anything it has made the situation worse between Mo’Nique and her family and she doesn’t know if she will ever speak to them again now.”

I WANT ME SOME {OPRAH MONEY}

Being that I got up at 4:45am, now to see Oprah's Twitter. I am double motivated. According to Oprah's Twitt's she says she took all 1,525 of her employee's and their families on a 14 day cruise to thank them for their hard work. They are going to 5 countries 7 different cities. YESSSSS!!! I am so motivated to get some of this Oprah money.

Must See movie "Precious"

This movie is backed by Tyler Perry and Oprah. It's starring Mo'nique, Mariah Carey. It's based on the novel "Push" by Sapphire. Looking at the previews I definately got to see it. Thanks to WSHH

Time magazine’s 100 Most Influential People in the World Gala at the Lincoln Center

Here are a few pictures from Time magazine’s 100 Most Influential People in the World Gala at the Lincoln Center yesterday. My sweetie Michelle Obama along with Oprah Winfrey was there.

June Ambrose "the Fashionista" was there. I personally don't really care to much for the outfit. It seems like I have seen her in better on a regular day on twitter. I guess that's why I am not the celebrity stylist and she is.

Whatever Oprah does

Soooo since Oprah told everyone that it's really her that Twitters, Twitter's popularity went through the roof! I'm not surprised at all. Unexpectedly the fans of Oprah joined twitter to follow Oprah and hear the smallest tweets from her. That's probably why I am always getting that over capacity message when I tweet. I know I am one of her many followers. lol I gotta be like her, she just does it all. I need for her to say she reads my blog so I can get my game up. IJS (i'm just saying)
