T.I releases the video for his new single “Get Back Up” featuring Chris Brown. The song will be featured on his new album “No Mercy” that drops December 7th. I like that he has Chris Brown in it. WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES its where you go from your mistakes that makes us who we are and you can bet that T.I. and Chris are gone bounce back and be better than ever.

At the end of the video, TI vows this will be the last time he disappoints his fans. “I accept full responsibility for all the wrong I have done. If ya’ll thought I was perfect, I apologize for being human …but never again, partner. You can put my life on that.

T.I turned himself into an Arkansas prison facility on November 1st to begin his 11 month prison sentence.

Like I said before I forgave him... so better late than never. Just hope that he means it, and isn't saying it because he has an album coming soon. Either way my name isn't Rhianna nor Chris so is it really my business?

Chris vs Rihanna {Probation}

Well it's finally over. Chris (i'm not a monster} Brown agreed to a plea deal, and get's 5 years probation and 180 hours of community service. I hope he has learned about putting his hands on anyone yet alone a girl, NO MATTER WHAT the circumstnce.

He'll spend 180 days doing community labor (8 hours a day -- 1440 hours total) -- which is, in effect, hard labor. He'll do his service in Virginia which is where Brown lives. A Virginia law enforcement officer told us Brown will be picking up trash, pulling weeds and washing fire trucks.

He gets 5 years probation for FELONY assault -- he pled guilty. He'll get supervised probation. He'll have to come back to court every three months.

He must enroll in a domestic violence counseling program.

This is interesting ... the judge said if Brown and Rihanna are at the same public events, the 50-yard stay away turns into 10 yards. The stay away order lasts 5 years.

The judge said she wanted to make sure that Chris Brown "was treated as any other person who comes through this court."

If Brown violates probation, he could get up to 4 years in prison.

Rihanna is in the courthouse but never entered the courtroom.

So Brown is now a convicted felon and loses the following rights: To own a gun, to sit on a jury, subject to search and seizure without a search warrant and he now has limitations on travel.

When Brown left the courtroom ... Rihanna walked in the courtroom. The judge explained the deal to her. The judge is telling Rihanna about the protective order.

While Browsing through Radar {My new favorite blog} I ran across this info about Mr. {Beat Down} Brown <=== (Gary w/the Tea} anywho... I thought this was worthy enough to post as you all know how I feel about this situation being talked about over and over again. So Apparently Brown does have to face his accuser on Monday June 22,2009. My biggest fear is that they may have become friends and now she won't state the facts or blame it on herself. I don't want him to go to jail, but I do want him to reaize that this situation is very real and although he may not think he is a "monster" what he did do is an action of a Monster!

The California Supreme Court on Wednesday rejected an appeal by Chris Brown's attorney Mark Geragos to postpone what could be an explosive preliminary hearing set for next Monday for the R&B singer, who's charged with threatening and beating his then-girlfriend Rihanna. That sets the stage for the dramatic reunion of the two former lovers as both are expected to appear in court Monday.

Geragos appealed to California's highest court after a lower court judge, Judge Patricia Schnegg, denied his motion to access the confidential personnel records of 25 Los Angeles Police Department employees. Gergaos was seeking the records prior to the preliminary hearing, hoping to find out who leaked a shocking photo of a badly-bruised Rihanna taken after she was assaulted, allegedly by Brown.

At the conclusion of Monday's preliminary hearing, the judge will decide if there is enough evidence to proceed to a jury trial. Rihanna was subpoened to testify at the hearing, and her attorney has said that she will comply with the subpoena and be a cooperative witness for the prosecution.

Any who here is the statement he made in refrence to Chris Browns little situation:

I think the media, when they took hold of it being that was the first time they just seen him and made a whirl wind…The business is business, [his case] don’t faze me. Friendships and best friends means more to me. So if he want me to be there for him, I’ll be there. I don’t really know [Rihanna]. She’s a sweet heart and with the utmost respect, but like I said, if my man wants me there for him, I’ll be there for him.”

According to TMZ.com Rhianna is going to testify in the preliminary hearing next month for the prosecution in the case versus Beat Down Brown. At first I never really spoke my mind when it came to this issue, but after seeing the video Brown posted, I am to thru! He acted as if the people who "HATE" on him have always hated on him. Rihanna’s attorney says the singer, 21, will attend a hearing next month as a possible witness in the assault case against ex Chris Brown.

Donald Etra says that prosecutors have informed him that Rihanna will receive a subpoena to testify during a preliminary hearing in L.A. on June 22.

“The DA told me Rihanna will be subpoenaed. I will accept on her behalf,” Etra tells Usmagazine.com. “She will appear in court, and if asked to testify, she will do so.”

Asked how Rihanna is, Etra told Us, “She is doing fine. She is continuing with her career and moving on with her life and doing great.”

On Thursday, a judge denied a motion by Brown’s attorneys to receive confidential police and investigative records to determine who leaked a photograph of a battered Rihanna to the media.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg told attorney Mark Geragos the motion was premature and he could file it again after the preliminary hearing, which will determine whether there is enough evidence to continue a case against Brown.

Brown – who faces assault and criminal threats charges for the alleged February attack on Rihanna — has pleaded not guilty.

On Wednesday, a YouTube video of Brown surfaced. While promoting an upcoming album, he declared, “Everybody that’s haters, they just been haters. All my real fans, I love you all. I ain’t a monster.”

Beat down Brown might get off after all

Chris brown's case might be dismissed!! I really would rather stay away from the Chris Brown/Rhianna situation, as there have been soooo many rumor’s since day one. Therefore if I do come at you with info then it must be important. Now I don’t know how I feel about the situation just yet, but one things for sure if it does get dismissed then there will be noise heard around the world. TMZ was so determined to get a picture of Rhianna all battered just to be the first. Now there’s an investigation into how the picture got out and if they find it was leaked by the L.A.P.D. then Chris’s lawyer is threatening to have the whole case thrown out. Chris' lawyer, Mark Geragos spoke this morning in refrence to the picture.. Today in court, Mark asked that the preliminary hearing date be pushed back to give more time for the investigation. Mark said, "The leaks can form the basis for a motion to dismiss the case in regards to outrageous governmental misconduct." The new hearing was set for May 28th. Mark is expected to file a motion regarding the photo before then. There's also a chance that there may not even be a hearing if Chris' lawyer is able to strike up a deal with the prosecution before then.
